Bronco Boosters — Fueling Northgate Pride & Athletic Excellence
The Bronco Boosters Club unites parents, alumni, and community supporters to champion NHS Athletics and its celebrated Sports Medicine program. Together, our MISSION is to fuel the student-athlete experience with $80K+ yearly in support, dedicated volunteers, and a shared drive to elevate our 30 teams and 900+ athletes to the top of the league by funding:
* Sports Medicine Program – Providing on-site injury care and rehabilitation for all athletes while empowering student trainers with first responder experience.
* Athletic Leadership – Supporting strong leadership to drive success across all sports.
* Video & Streaming Services – Showcasing Bronco athletics and enabling college recruiting opportunities.
* Facility Upgrades & Team Equipment – Enhancing training spaces and equipment for all teams.

Booster Club Meeting Schedule 2026-2027 school year
The meetings are on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7PM alternating between in-person and online conferences (links are in the Agendas posted on the Boosters Resource Library page).
~ The meetings are open to all.
~ Agenda topics must be proposed and submitted to the Boosters Secretary two days in advance.
~ Agendas, online conference links, and meeting minutes are posted in the BOOSTERS RESOURCE LIBRARY .

A Boosters Team Representative is a parent volunteer who manages the financial needs of a sports team or the Sports Medicine Program.

2026-2027 Executive and Boosters Board
The Boosters Executive Board comprises the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Membership Director. All officers are elected and each serve a two-year term.

The Executive Board works in partnership with Vice Principal Rosecrans and Athletic Director Ballard to jointly develop a financial plan, enhance Boosters' fundraising efforts, and ensure sound financial management of team budgets.

Team Contributions
All teams are self-funded and rely on generous financial support from Bronco families to cover operating expenses. Please help your athlete's team cover the costs of uniforms, tournament fees, coaching stipends, team celebrations, and other necessities by making a team contribution once your athlete's spot is confirmed on the team.

Tax Deductible Donations to Bronco Boosters
Northgate Bronco Boosters is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization (TAX ID: 94-3170004). Donations are tax deductible.
