Glen Barker and the Northgate Sports Medicine Program will be holding Sports Physicals on October 6th from 6pm to 8pm. Please note: The sports physicals will be held OUTSIDE at the Northgate Stadium
The Northgate Sports Medicine Team MDs consisting of Dr. Burns, Dr. Chen, and Dr. Perez, from the Center for Sports Medicine in Walnut Creek, will once again be donating their time in helping our WINTER and SPRING sports athletes get cleared for the upcoming season.
Please remember to have downloaded all the required paperwork (See links below) prior to coming to the sports physicals.
The tax-deductible fee is $100 per athlete or $150 for multiple siblings.

CLICK HERE to register your child to play sports at Northgate in 2021-2022. This is a mandatory process every year for all student-athletes. Other important details to note:
Student Athletes currently participating in a Northgate sport must wait until the conclusion of their current sport season before participating in any tryouts for an upcoming season. All students will still get the mandated 3 day tryout once their current sport is complete.
Northgate High School uses SportsNet as our online registration software for student-athletes. Every year, every parent/guardian must complete the mandatory process of registering their student-athlete for athletics. During the registration process, the parent/guardian will be require to input student information, emergency contact details, medical policy numbers, etc. that will all be stored in a secured database and available to Northgate administrators, athletic directors, and the respective coaches. A doctor-signed physical evaluation form will also be need to be uploaded via the registration process. Each registration submission is manually reviewed and approved by a staff of the Northgate Athletic Department.
