Glen Barker and the Northgate Sports Medicine Program (SMED) will once again hold the annual Sports Physical Fundraiser with the help of local physicians who are donating their time to help Northgate Athletics clear athletes for the 2026–2027 sports seasons.
The physicals will be held on Thursday, August 6, from 6:00–8:00 PM in Northgate's gymnasium.
Requested Donation Levels
$100 for an individual athlete
$150 for a family of 2 athletes
$200 for a family of 3-4 athletes

To try out for any Northgate sport, athletes must have medical clearance through a physical exam from SMED or a private physician on file. Physicals qualify athletes for fall, winter, and spring sports and provide eligibility for the entire school year. This is the only time during the school year that SMED will offer physicals on campus.
