8/26/2025	Conditioning: Tuesday's 4:00pm to 5:00pm starting September 2nd thru October 21st. Coach Lumpkin to lead. Location: Arbolado Park, Upper field and may use Northgate High fields at some point. Link
8/26/2025	Weights: Thursday's 6:00am to 7:00am starting September 11th thru October 30th. No weights on October 16th or October 23rd. Coach Dawes to lead. Location: Northgate weight room. Link
