ANNOUNCEMENTS
11/19/2024	Our 2025 alumni game will be on Sunday, December 1, 2025, 9:30-11 am at the Northgate field. Warm ups and introductions start at 9:30 am. Game will start at 10 am. Current players, alumni and family are welcome.
8/22/2024	Open Field: Sundays 9:30-11 am, starting September 8, 2024, on the field. New and returning players, alumni and others interested in playing lacrosse are welcome. Bring your full gear. If you are new to the sport, a limited amount of loaner equipment is available. Call or text Coach Brandt (925.818.3667) in advance if you need loaner gear.
8/22/2024	Lacrosse Speed and Power workouts start Tuesday, September 3, 2024. We will meet in the weight room 5:45-6:45 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Two 9-week sessions. Session 1 ($100) runs from September 3-October 31. Session 2 ($100) runs from November 12-January 30. Sign up for both sessions for $190. Cost includes the 2024-2025 workout shirt, weight room programming, supplies, and coaching/supervision. Click this link to sign up. Link
