The team attended the Wilder Mariner XC Invitational at Hayward High School and competed in every division against a fierce standard of competition with 95 schools attending.
The highlight of the day was our Frosh girls taking a very exciting team win with the girls going one two in the race, with a dominant individual win from freshman Camila Terrazas and an equally exciting second place finish for sophomore Olivia Joseph. Two more top ten finishes from Maren Ahonen Lytal and Maddie Palmer helped secure victory and, our scoring five was complete when freshman Keira Sadur came in with another medal place. Our team score beat out second place San Ramon Valley by a huge margin, of 40 to 103. 29 other schools entered the race, including highly competitive schools such as Dublin, Berkeley, Granada and California.
