Two weeks of pre-tryout conditioning. LOCATION TBD. Conditioning sessions do not require registration, but we strongly encourage any player planning to tryout to attend as many conditioning sessions as possible.
We understand that summer break is still in progress and many families have vacations and other commitments. However, our goal is to reduce the risk of injury by ensuring all players are in top condition for tryouts.
The conditioning schedule is as follows:
CONDITIONING WEEK 1
Monday (7/28) - Thursday (7/31) 6-8PM
CONDITIONING WEEK 2
Monday (8/4) - Thursday (8/7) 6-8PM
