Two weeks of pre-tryout conditioning. Conditioning sessions do not require registration, but we strongly encourage any player planning to tryout to attend as many conditioning sessions as possible.
LOCATION. We will be holding pre-tryout conditioning sessions outside until the Northgate gym is ready. Please meet at the Northgate beach volleyball courts. Because we will not have gym time, the time has shortened from 6-7pm.
Please bring outside shoes you're comfortable running in and lots of water.
We understand that summer break is still in progress and many families have vacations and other commitments. However, our goal is to reduce the risk of injury by ensuring all players are in top condition for tryouts.
The conditioning schedule is as follows:
CONDITIONING WEEK 1
Monday (7/28) - Thursday (7/31) 6-7PM
CONDITIONING WEEK 2
Monday (8/4) - Wednesday (8/6) 6-7PM
