Prior to tryouts, we will offer two weeks of conditioning on the Northgate campus, open to any players intending to tryout. The goal of the conditioning sessions is to reduce the risk of injury by ensuring all players are in top condition for tryouts. Conditioning sessions are run by our conditioning coach and they are free to attend.
Conditioning will be for two weeks in the Northgate Gym as follows.
CONDITIONING WEEK 1
* Monday (7/29) - Wednesday (7/31) 6-8PM
* Thursday (8/1) 6:00-6:45PM
CONDITIONING WEEK 2
* Monday (8/5) 6-8PM
* Wednesday (8/7) 6-8PM
* Thursday (8/8) - TBD - Fall Sports Parent Meeting tentatively scheduled for 8/8
* Friday (8/9) 5:30-7:30PM
