- This is the start of the road to the State Championships. The top 6 finishers from the DVAL compete here. If any athlete finishes in the top 7 here, he or she advances to the NCS Meet of Champions next Saturday at Berkeley.

NCS Meet of Champions Trials

- Edwards Stadium, UC Berkeley
- These are the trials for the entire North Coast Section. The top 8 qualifiers in each event move on to tomorrow's finals.

- Edwards Stadium, UC Berkeley
- This is the peak of the season for most athletes. The lucky few are the ones who finish in the top 4 and advance to the State Championships next weekend in Clovis.

- This is the ultimate. On any given year, this is the best high school meet in the country.

Sports Physicals - Summer/Fall Student Athletes
- 6:30pm (PDT)
- Sports physicals will be offered on June 27th for fall student athletes and those participating in summer workouts. NHS' sports medicine director Glen Barker will have team doctors on hand to perform the physicals at Northgate's gym. Cost tbd - bring checkbook.
